Pilates is a whole body and mind exercise method that helps us deepen our own understanding of how we move. The movements require concentration and precision to gain full advantage. The benefits are far-reaching. Pilates workouts will strengthen and lengthen the leg, arm, back and stomach muscles. This will develop the core muscles of the abdominals, back and pelvis. Over time it will improve coordination, posture and balance.Fully comprehensive classical Pilates training involves working through a system using all the apparatus.

During these sessions you will work with a variety of the apparatus, including Reformer, Tower, Wunda chair and Barrels.
One-to-one matwork session55 minutes   |   £50
Using a Classical mat, I will guide you through a hands-on Classical mat sequence at a level that suits you. This can be used as a stand-alone class or used as preparation before joining one of the small group classes.

These are welcoming, supportive and fun classes where you I will teach you through a classical mat sequence that will challenge and strengthen your body and focus your mind.

An option to join online to work through a 45-minute mat class where exercises will be layered so that you can work at the level that suits you.

Bodywork treatment incorporating gentle spinal manipulation, soft tissue techniques and mobilisation. A gentle and effective treatment for the whole body to realign imbalances and restore areas of dysfunction.
